Questions
Will this make my store fully ADA compliant?
No one can promise that honestly, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Automated testing finds roughly half of all accessibility problems. We fix everything our tests find on your main templates and test the shopping flow by hand with a keyboard. That removes the common, visible issues that demand letters usually cite. It is not legal advice.
Do you need access to my store?
No. In Shopify you download your theme file (Online Store → Themes → … → Download theme file) and forward it to us. We send back a repaired copy. You preview it and publish it when you're satisfied. We never log in.
Why not install an accessibility widget?
Widgets sit on top of your store and leave the code unchanged. In 2025 the FTC fined the best-known widget vendor $1 million for claiming its plugin made websites compliant, and hundreds of stores were sued while running such widgets.
What is not included?
Shopify's own checkout (Shopify controls it), code inside third-party apps (we tell you which apps cause issues), and legal advice. Catalogs with more than 100 products needing image descriptions are quoted separately.
